Late Sri. C.S. Sathya

Established in 1953 in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Jwalamukhi was started by late Shri.C. S. Narayana Rao with a dream of running a weekly news paper “Jwalamukhi”.
Born in 1894 to Venkataramana at Channarayapatna Taluk in Hassan District, C. S. Narayan Rao became a staunch journalist to uphold the cause of Truth & Justice in all his deeds to the nation and to its people, whether rich or poor irrespective of caste or creed.
It was this force that gave Late Shri. C. S. Sathya to publish his weekly magazine “JWALAMUKHI” against all odds and ends, sacrificing his own privileged positions in life. Today, in addition to its Weekly, which is now in its 53rd year of publication, Jwalamukhi has grown into a huge organisation equipped with latest technological machines in Pre press, Press and Post Press activities ready to serve the needs of the growing demands of its customers.
Jwalamukhi is a common man’s memory and a household talk in every nook and corner of Karnataka.
Jwalamukhi is also an imprest imprinted in the minds of printing and publishing people.
Jwalamukhi Mudranalaya Private Limited started with a single platen press in 1953. From movable hand composing to hot metal type setting - Linotype & Intertype machines, from letter press to offset.
